1st Monday of the Month

Meditation from 6:00 – 7:00

Start your week with a meditation session led by Amy Musto—a mom, nurse, and holistic wellness guide with over 30 years of experience helping others find balance and calm amidst busy lives. As a Registered Nurse (MSN, RN) and Hatha Yoga teacher trained by the Himalayan Institute, Amy blends her background with the power of yoga and mindfulness. She brings a grounded, compassionate approach to wellness that supports parents in nurturing both themselves and their families. Her mission is to help everyone reconnect to peace, presence, and vitality—so they can show up fully for the little ones who need them most.

This 60-minute meditation class begins with gentle movement, breath-work, and grounding exercises to prepare the body and quiet the mind. From there, we move into deep relaxation and conclude with a guided meditation designed to restore balance and inner calm.

Sensory & Sip from 7:15 – 8:15

Unwind and have fun at our Adult Sensory & Sip night at The Sensory Village! Bring your own beverage and enjoy an evening of sensory play, relaxation, and laughter with friends in our unique, welcoming space. Come experience playful stress relief and connection for grown-ups!

3rd Monday of the Month

Pilates from 5:00 – 6:00

Christine Betances is a comprehensively trained classical Pilates instructor and the founder of CMB Pilates. She specializes in helping caregivers reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and cultivate pockets of calm through mindful, breath-led Pilates.

Driven by the belief that caregivers deserve the same care they give others, Christine creates grounding movement experiences that restore connection, strength, and self-trust. As a neurodivergent mom herself, she deeply understands the physical and emotional load caregivers carry.

Her warm, supportive teaching style blends classical precision, functional strength, and compassionate guidance — helping caregivers feel grounded, empowered, and more at home in their bodies.

Sound Bath from 6:30 – 7:30

This 1-hour Sound Bath, led by Heide Salvador, is the perfect way to start your week with intention and openness to new possibilities. Layers of soothing vibrations from crystal quartz singing bowls, drums, chakapa, chimes, and other healing instruments gently quiet the mind, relax the body, and create space for deep restoration and renewal.

The experience begins with a brief sequence of gentle movement and centering, followed by diaphragmatic breathing. It concludes with grounding frequencies and a quiet integration period, allowing the body and nervous system to fully absorb the benefits of the session.

Leave feeling balanced, restored, and ready for the week ahead.
