Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. To best serve all families, The Sensory Village has the following cancellation and refund guidelines:

Birthday Parties & Private Events

• • Payment in full is required to reserve your date and time.
    
    
  • Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
    
    
  • Cancellations made less than 29 days in advance are non-refundable.
    
    
  • Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability.
    
    

Fundraising & Team Building

• • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and time.
    • Please note for Fundraising scheduled within our normal operation hours no deposit is required.
      
      
  • Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
    
    
  • Cancellations made less than 29 days in advance are non-refundable.
    
    
  • Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability.
