Support Groups

Our support groups are created with caregiver wellness in mind. These monthly sessions give parents and caregivers the opportunity to connect, learn, and recharge while their children enjoy supervised play in a sensory-based space. Topics focus on practical strategies families can use at home, and community support helps ensure these groups remain accessible to those who need them most.

OUR SUPPORT GROUPS ARE ON PAUSE FOR THE SUMMER AND WILL RESUME AGAIN IN THE FALL.

Parent Round Table

Join us for open, supportive discussions on a wide range of parenting topics—including potty training, sleep routines, listening skills, youth sports, managing behaviors, and more—while learning practical strategies to support your family. Each month focuses on a topic driven by parents’ needs and is led by an experienced professional.

Have an idea or need help with a specific challenge? Stop by and let us know—we’re always adding parent-requested topics to our rotation of resources.
