
Hi, I’m Amy Musto — a mom, nurse, and holistic wellness guide with over 30 years of experience helping others find balance and calm in the midst of busy lives. As a Registered Nurse (MSN, RN) and Hatha Yoga teacher trained by the Himalayan Institute, I blend my background with the power of yoga and mindfulness. I bring a grounded, compassionate approach to wellness that supports parents in nurturing both themselves and their families. My mission is to help everyone reconnect to peace, presence, and vitality—so they can show up fully for the little ones who need them most.
A 60-minute meditation class begins with gentle movement, breath-work, and grounding exercises to prepare the body and quiet the mind. From there, we move into deep relaxation and conclude with a guided meditation designed to restore balance and inner calm.
